I fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions for the Silverbox 2.0 Service.  I agree to these terms and conditions and submit my order to VOOKA TECHNOLOGY, LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "Vooka"):

*************** POLICIES AND PROCEDURES *****************

1. Payment types allowed for product purchases are credit card, debit cards and ACH only. No credit purchases or C.O.D.'s available. Vooka's products are accessed by Subscribers immediately after purchase.

2. A subscriber, whether an individual or small business, may purchase multiple SB (Silverbox) subscriptions.  A subscription is per one computer/IP address only. SB software purchased through subscription may be transferred to various PC/IP addressed, but will only be installed and operational on one IP address at a time due to security of original installation key code.

3. Subscriber lists and names are owned by Vooka and may never be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent of Subscriber.

4. Subscribers may cancel the Silverbox product within fourteen (14) days of purchase and receive a 100% refund. Please note that not installing the Silverbox on your computer after purchase does not entitle you to a refund after the 14 day money back guarantee time period. Subscribers may cancel at any time, but once the Silverbox product is installed and used by subscriber, no refunds will be allowed after initial 14 day money back guaranteed period. By completing the purchase of the Silverbox service offered by Vooka and described herein, I as a subscriber agree to all of the terms and conditions.

5.  I will read and completely abide by Vooka's PRIVACY policy as posted on Vooka's website.

6. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. The parties agree that any claim, dispute or other difference between them shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Dallas County, Texas.

7. This Agreement shall be deemed in effect upon  completion of the registration process and payment process on Vooka's website or Vooka’s authorized websites

8. Subscribers have a right to cancel at any time, regardless of reason. Cancellation can be submitted to support@vooka.com or use our cancel page. Unless an annual payment is made, the Silverbox subscription is on a month to month basis. Refunds will be made only if canceled within the 14 Day Refund Period.

9. Subscribers must maintain a current email address to receive important communications from Vooka

10. Before cancellation, you must recover your data from Backup Storage. Vooka is not responsible for data after cancellation.

1. The pages of Vooka's website may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be considered part of this agreement, observed, and followed at all times.

2. THE INFORMATION ON VOOKA'S WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

3. The information on Vooka's website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This information may be changed or updated without notice. Vooka may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the services described on Vooka's website and information at any time without notice.

4. Any comments or materials sent to Vooka, specifically about this site including feedback data, such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any such pages, links or documents (collectively "Feedback"), shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Vooka shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works and distribute the Feedback to others, without limitation. Furthermore, Vooka shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products or services incorporating such Feedback.

5. The information on Vooka's website may contain references or cross references to programs and services that are not announced or available in your country. Such references do not imply that Vooka intends to announce such products, programs or services in your country.

6. Vooka makes no representations whatsoever about any other website, which you may access through Vooka's website. When you access a non-Vooka website, please understand that it is independent from Vooka, and that Vooka has no control over the content on that website. In addition, a link to a non-Vooka website does not mean that Vooka endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such website.

7. It is up to each Subscriber to take precautions to ensure that whatever he/she selects for their use is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature.

8. Subscribers agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treatises and regulations in connection with Backup Storage. In addition, without limitation, Affiliate agrees not to use Backup Storage to process Prohibited Content. Generally, Prohibited Content includes content or other material that Vooka believes:

  1. Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
  2. Comprises copyrighted material used without the express permission of the owner.
  3. Violates or encroaches on the rights of others.
  4. Contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses and other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise Backup Storage.
  5. Advocates illegal activity.
  6. Harms anyone, including minors.
  7. Provides a link to any of the above.

Vooka has no obligation to monitor Backup Storage and/or Content or any user's use thereof or retain the content of any user session. However, Vooka reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

9. Vooka reserves the right to change or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time.

10. IN NO EVENT WILL VOOKA BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OR ON ANY OTHER HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

****************** SILVERBOX 2.0 Service ******************

1. Vooka's product, the Silverbox 2.0 is sold to the customer/end user as a monthly subscription product. The monthly cost is $29.99 (Silverbox only) or $39.99 (Silverbox with business builder package).  There is also a discount for paying an annual subscription cost ($349.99 or $449.99) . The SB Service provides proprietary Silverbox 2.0  Privacy and Security Features, Personal Firewall,  and Identity Theft  and Recovery and Legal Services as described on the Vooka website.  The product includes the License, all registration, activation, and necessary set up costs to establish SB service and set up account on Vooka servers. Service entitles the user to all updates and enhancements to the SB product. The SB product can be transferred to any computer owned by the customer. The subscription includes 8 robust Internet privacy and security features in one automated console. The cost to establish an individually encrypted account on Vooka servers and ongoing “in-house” customer support is included in the License feature of the product..

2.  Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has read and understands these terms and conditions, and agrees with all terms and conditions by completing purchase of the Silverbox service.
