Q: When will my card be charged each month for the $29.99?
A: We are setup with a monthly billing cycle.
Q: Is 2 GB of storage enough for the average PC/Laptop user? It seems very low as my current computer holds up to 55Gig of storage data.
A: We recommend utilizing the back-up storage like an insurance policy for your most precious files such as family photos, insurance documents, property photos, current work files, and all legal documents. Computer programs use the most space on a computer's hard drive and can be downloaded and re-installed at any time, but your current work files and family photos cannot.

So if anything happened to your home or computer, you most precious core files would be retrievable from Silverbox, "your safe in cyberspace". It really is like having an insurance policy for your computer.

It is important to note that the Silverbox’s proprietary encryption system compresses data for both maximum security and capacity. The virtual back-up system is mirrored and utilizes the most comprehensive and robust technology available. Additionally, Vooka plans to include higher capacity plans at a later date.

Q: What if I want to put the Silverbox on a different computer or new one?
A: The Silverbox can be downloaded on the computer of your choice at any time by following the download instructions. Be sure and keep your Activation Key in a safe place for any future use. If you decide to use the Silverbox and Activation Key on a different computer, the Silverbox will deactivate on the old computer.
Q: How do I subscribe to Vooka's Silverbox?
A: All subscriptions are made from the website of the Affiliate that referred you to our company. If you do not have their website, please contact them before subscribing. Immediately after your subscription is complete, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that gives you a link to download the product, instructions for installation, and an activation key.
Q: Is Silverbox a one-time purchase or is it a monthly fee?
A: The Silverbox is a monthly subscription. You will receive constant product upgrades and enhancements for the life of the account. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you may do so at any time here.
Q: I am paying by credit card, and giving other personal information. How do I know that this is a secure site?
A: Our site is 100% encrypted and safe. We use 128 bit encryption as demonstrated by the 'lockbox' in the lower right corner of the browser during the subscribe process.
Q: Can I install Silverbox on more than one computer?
A: Each license is for one computer only. If you want to have the Silverbox on more than one computer, you will need to purchase additional copies (make sure you are credited with the sale, go to your personal website to purchase additional copies).
Q: Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple copies of the Silverbox?
A: No. We are not able to offer volume discounts because of our commitment to providing generous commissions to our Affiliates.
Q: What are the minimum system requirements to run the Silverbox?
A: You must be running at least Windows 98 Second Edition, have 64mb of RAM, and approximately 6mb of space on your hard drive. We do not support Windows 2000 Server.
Q: I have cleaned my system, but I do not notice any difference in my computer. Why?
A: To effectively use the Clean System you must not be connected to the Internet. If you are connected you will not get a thorough clean since some of your shared files are in use.
Q: How do I know the Ad/Media Blocking is working?
A: You can view the statistics within the Silverbox. Ads being blocked within the pages will display our logo as a replacement and blocked popups will emit a 'blocked' sound.
Q: Will Silverbox work on a Macintosh?
A: No. Worldwide, 90% of computer users use Windows. Given this overwhelming fact, there is no compelling reason to support any other operating systems at this time.
Q: Does Silverbox support AOL?
A: Yes. We support AOL 9.0 or later. If you have an older version of AOL, upgrades are free here. If you are using the AOL browser, then you must switch to Internet Explorer.  Internet Explorer is included in AOL 9.0.
Q: What if I misplace my confirmation email or activation key?
A: To get your activation key, simply login to your back office. Your activation key and other information is listed within your back office. To have your confirmation email re-sent to you, email us at support@vooka.com.
Q: I recently bought a new computer. How do I transfer Silverbox from my old computer to my new one?
A: You can install Silverbox on your new computer using the same instructions in your confirmation email. Please note that as soon as you activate the Silverbox on your new computer, it will no longer function on your old one.
Q: Why won’t my activation key work?
A: The most common reason an activation key "won’t work" is that the key was not entered correctly. We recommend that you copy and paste the activation key from your confirmation email to the registration window to avoid mistakes. If you attempt to manually type the activation into the registration window, it’s easy to mistake a "0" for and "O", and so forth.
Q: Is Silverbox "Spyware"?

A: No. We are very Anti-Spyware. Our "Personal Privacy" feature keeps spyware from functioning on your computer by blocking the ability to report your activities to the outside world. The Silverbox "reports" the following items only to our central system.

1. A simple validation of your Activation key to make sure you have a valid, licensed copy.

2. If you have the automatic enhancements turned on, we check to make sure that you have the latest version of our software.

Q: Is Silverbox Anti-Virus software?
A: No. The Silverbox protects you from hackers who could install a virus.  However, since most viruses come through email, the best virus protection is not to ever open any email attachments from unknown sources. We recommend that you use a Anti-Virus program in addition to the Silverbox for the best protection.
