In real time, you will be able to measure the impact of Popup Blocker.
The counters will give you instant feedback on the number of ads successfully blocked by Popup Blocker. Bandwidth Monitor displays total bandwidth saved and how effectively it boosts the speed of your Internet connection.
Select the Settings button if you want to change the settings for Popup Blocker.
Toggles the current audible-cue-state of Popup Blocker. When a check mark appears next to this option Popup Blocker will alert you with an audible cue to notify you that a pop-up has been detected. When left unchecked, no audible cues will be heard.
Do not use Popup Blocker for secure (SSL) connection
This option will prevent from blocking any new popup window that uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. It is usually used by banks, payment processors or other financial services.
Temporarily disable Popup Blocker by holding down CTRL-ALT-SHIFT key combination
If you need to temporarily disable disable Popup Blocker, you can use this quick key combination. After you release the keys Popup Blocker will automaticaly go back to ON state.
Show notification in the IE status bar when popup has been blocked
In addition to sound notification you can also see notification in your browser's status bar.
Popup Blocker will log everything that has been blocked for the current day. If you want to prevent some URLs from blocking, you can add them to the Exception List.
The Exception List contains URLs that Popup Blocker will not block. It's useful when you want to allow popups on certain web sites.
