No Questions Asked

We are so confident that you will love our products, we back all purchases with a "No Questions Asked" refund policy.  If you cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of purchase, Vooka Technology will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Your refund request must be submitted within fourteen days.  Since our policy is clearly stated up front, any request after fourteen days will not be honored as we pay commissions out based upon subscriptions. Email support@vooka.com with any refund requests.

Please note that not installing the Silverbox on your computer does not entitle you to a refund once out of the 14 day money back guarantee time frame.

We will credit your refund to the same card used in purchasing.

The Power Pack subscription is non-refundable.
